Dear Aspirant, Being in the BA Literature, the best option would be Journalism or Mass Communication. I think you can maintain your cooking as a hobby which will give you more happiness instead of doing it full time in the hotel industry. What do you wish to do then?  If it is a job, then apply to various organizations. As a graduate you can find employment as a data entry operator, backoffice, sales,.probationary officer in banks and or government offices after you clear the entrance exam. At the max, you could pursue a certification course in banking from institute of banking and finance and join banks after clearing the entrance exam. Or a course in stock market from BSE or NSE

Hello Mohith,  Looks like these are  your subjects in 11th and 12th. But these combinations are good for eitherr management study  or mass media.
