Dear Aspirant, Being in the BA Literature, the best option would be Journalism or Mass Communication. I think you can maintain your cooking as a hobby which will give you more happiness instead of doing it full time in the hotel industry. Since you are from the technical background, you could work as a consultant in any technical firm. If interested you could also work as guest lectruer.
