After doing your graduation (BBA) you can either go for MBA coaching right away in order to enter the college of your preference to complete your Masters (MBA) and then look for a job/own venture or you can work (for say 1 year / 6 months), gain some hands on experience in the private sector / MNCs and then proceed for further studies.
It all depends on your preferences & circumstances.
In my personal opinion, getting the experience always helps as it will make you decide whether you want to work for someone once you have completed your Masters or try and start your own venture. In either case, a job shall familiarize you with "the real world" so to speak. My first job after completing my Chartered Accountancy was a huge eye opener and a perfect introduction to life!!
In the end whatever you do, thoroughly commit yourself to it!
After BBA, you can do the masters' in business. After qualifying MBA you can appear for UGC NET Exam if interested to become an assistant professor or researcher in business field . It is the outstanding option for you to make your future bright.
To applying for UGC NET you should have at least 55% aggregate marks (for General) or 50% aggregate (for SC/ST/PwD/OBC). When you are in your qualifying year of post graduation can also appear for the exam.
For JRF your age must be less than or equal to 30 years. There is no upper age limit to apply for Assistant professor.
There are several career options available to students after completing a graduate degree in BBA, but not all students are aware of the different routes they can take to establish a successful career. If you want to get a Government job in Banking Sector after completing a BBA and Another Course RBI Grade B is the Best Sector in Banking Jobs
