Do not worry, CFA, is basically attempted by people with a minimum 5 years of work experience and above and still they can fail.
So do not worry. Try it again.
But if it is getting your morale down, for the moment quit the exam and focus on your job. In the meanwhile you could try some certificate courses from Institute of Banking and Finance.
You could also opt for MBA part-time.
My only point here is do not give up.
