As far as law is concerned, after 12th you need to appear for CLAT entrance exam. Please note you have no choice of colleges and have to study in the college you are allocated to only. As such to pursue Law, you need to be strong logically rather be witty and need good communication skills. As suchbeing a science student I see no connection with your interest in law.
In terms of Fashion designing, again you need to clear the entrance exam conducted by various institutes. As such to pursue designing, a student needs to have studied Math, which you have. Thus you could opt for fashion designing.
Choosing between Law and fashion designing is completely your choice. Both the fields requires different skills as such. One is a field of creativity and other a logical based field. Also you could choose on the basis of what you wish to pursue as a higher studies. If Civil services then Law goes hand in hand. Never the less its your choice.

You are looking at complete non science career options. What made you look at them and how did you come across them being into the science stream for 12th? PCM with computers is a good stream you have already selected and therefore choosing any other stream should be done very carefully and with 100% surety.
Civil Services, Fashion Designing and Law are all different from each other. It is obvious that you are not reaching a deciding point for your future career.
