Interesting that you wish to pursue courses that will enhance your future prospects.

Apart from what the counselors have mentioned, I do agree with them.

But at the same time, I want to keep your line of progress in mind.

Firstly I wish to know Do you wish to continue in the same line

Secondly, where exactly does your interests lies???

Unless and until you are clear on these aspects choosing a line or course of study will just be degree sake and may not be of much use in the future.

If you wish to continue as a Front desk executive, but looking for better opportunity, I would recommend, you to get Computer certified. Many certifications like web designing, Animations, Coral draw etc.You can also think of an Executive secretary course, whereby you need to know shorthand
Once you are well equipped with the above mentioned certifications and many more, the advantage is that you can search jobs in any kind of an industry like teaching, whereby you could help in typing and other work, Media industry whereby you could use your animation and coral draw skills or in an IT Industry, whereby you can help in terms of graphics and or web designing

In-case if you are looking for a shift in profile, where exactly does your interests lies.
As mentioned above, if you are looking out for corporate sectors then an MBA would help. Preferably an MBA in HR could be a good option.
You can also opt for Hospitality management, whereby you would be into the administrative profile of the service industry.

Another option is pursuing a Teacher course. You can opt for B.Ed and get into the teaching industry.
Even in the teaching industry, your skills related to animations etc can be helpful, since making worksheets would be a part of your job.

Another option you can think of is pursuing a course related to Guidance and Counseling.
Here you could learn about different career counseling tests and guide students towards choosing a career option in future.
Only important aspect here is you would have to keep yourself updated everytime about different career options and changes happening in the career zone.
