Hi Ramani,
You have got excellent qualifications and they can land you in a job of your choice.
As such working in an MNC has no extra need. But definitely work on your personality, your communication skills. More importantly, improve on your working expertise. See what different you can add to an organisation. Most importantly, choose the domain you would like to work in, whether HR or Marketing and why. Develop skills needed in that area.
At the same time, make an attractive resume, highlighting your potentials, your excellence at work where you currently working, your past projects and how you successfully handled them etc.
Upload your Resume on various job portals like Naukri, monsters, times job etc. Also upload your Resume on various companies website. If someone could refer you that would be great.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
To work in a corporate culture, you need to leave your job in training institute. You are a MBA HR & Marketing and you are into Admin. Hope you are interested in HR domain. You will be treated as a fresher since you do not have HR domain experience. If you wish to continue as Administration staff member, then a little benefit can be there.
Looking out for a job through job portals, newspaper advertisement, referrals, family & friends is the way to get into a MNC.
As rightly suggested by Ms. Meghna, ensure you have good communication skills, domain knowledge and advanced computer knowledge.
Best wishes
