Dreaming for being a CEO in the banking sector seems exciting.
You can definitely do that if you are not under illusions or wrong perception of banks as an industry and domain.
For being a CEO in the banking sector (private banks) you will have to spend at least 30 years in the banking sector. For being a CEO of public sector banks you will have to spend the same number of years.
Proving yourself worth in all respects is required to become a CEO of a bank.
