Dear Friend, when you work in a organization then the risk factor on your part is quite low. The company may go through thicks and thins but that makes hardly any difference for the employees but on the other hand if you start up as an entrepreneur as a mechanical engineer then you must be ready to face challenges coming in your way. It is up to you now whether you wish to work under somebody or want to be your own boss. I may recommend certain reputed institutions where you may work if you are interested to -  Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbtore,....................Alliance College of Engineering and Design, Bangalore,..................

.........Lovely Professional University, Phagwara,....................JJTU, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan etc.

Hello Muskaan

There are many differences in working in a start up versus working in a company. Iwould throw light on few of them

  • Risk – Joining a start up can be risky as the survival depends on the money that you fetch from the market. It also depends on the investor’s and market trends. In other words, a start up may get shut after few months which is not the case with any big company. However, you can always find a job depending on the experience.
  • Salary – It’s comparatively high in big companies.
  • Identity – In a start up you get a chance to implement your ideas. You get a chance to build a growing company.
  • Decision making – Your opinion matters a lot when the company size is small.

Hence, think about your inclination whether you would like to dea with risk that comes with a responsibility or package that comes with routine tasks.

    All the best
