Dear Friend, when you work in a organization then the risk factor on your part is quite low. The company may go through thicks and thins but that makes hardly any difference for the employees but on the other hand if you start up as an entrepreneur as a mechanical engineer then you must be ready to face challenges coming in your way. It is up to you now whether you wish to work under somebody or want to be your own boss.
