Bank PO is higher designation offered in the Government Banking Sector. Bank PO exam is conducted for the students who are Graduates. The Bank PO exams are conducted in two levels i.e
1. Common Written Exam (CWE)
2.Interview . The candidates who clear the CWE exam are called for the interviews.
The marks of CWE exam and Interview are added to together and than the standardised combination of the marks is done. Then the Institute appoints the candidates according their preference mentioned in the application form. The list of the respective selected candidates list is issued on the Banks Website and also on the IBPS website.
As the preference mentioned by you in the application form you get appointed in the Bank as PO Officer.
