500+ Career Options
1M+ Test Taken
Hi Pooja,
Firstly do you really wish to pursue an MBA program. Secondly please note, aptitude test makes suggestions on the basis of your potentials or skills, so one can be sure of the choices.
Best would be to talk with few HR professionals and get to know their work from close friends.
Another option is, get into a job, because you are a fresher, you could join a recruitment consultancy and get a first hand experience of the job. Since as a fresher no one would give you a job in the HR domain.
As far as Institutes are concerned, go in for a UGC approved institute only, and not private institutes. Appear for CET, CAT, NMAT, XAT, SAT and other entrance exam.
Also getting into a job, would give you time for preparations for the entrance exam.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
What is the reason for confusion still having given the best psychometric test available in the market?
Human Resources if suggested by the psychometric test should be relied upon since it is unbiased and has been suggesting you HR career option based on the answers you gave in. Hope you answered very honestly and did not answer keeping in mind some ideal answers thinking that real answers will be a topic of laugh for others or someone who reads the report?
If you were honest in answering the psychometric test, then I can assure you that you should go ahead with Human Resource Management course and do as a career.
Ensure that you choose best BSchools in India (not just in Mumbai) if you wish to make really a good career in Human Resource. Aim for Top BSchools where you should have a CAT score of minimum 95 percentile. In Mumbai you can aim at JBIMS, NMIMS, Welingker, which also accept State CET scores.
Best wishes
