Dear Aspirant,
Based on your commerce graduation and as a fresher, you would not be able to get good jobs. Jobs for your education level are available in BPOs, Sales, etc. If this is not your choice, then it is better I would suggest not to look for a job just on the basis of the BCom qualification.
As you are in the commerce field and wish to continue in the same field, I would suggest that a post graduation is very mandatory to survive and grow in the competitive industry.
Higher studies, is definitely what I would suggest. If you know what are your subject competencies and proficiencies, then you can choose a professional course based on that like Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretaryship, Cost & Management Accounting. You may also choose Law (LLB) if you are interested in mercantile and company laws. You may also go for MBA (preferably from a top BSchool) in a specialisation of your choice.
I would suggest that before choosing one of the above options, take the Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide. This is a psychometric test which will be helpful to you to know what career suits you according to your aptitude, inter personal abilities, interests.
After that you may also choose to speak to me over phone.
Best wishes
In order to post replies to the question: "I am a B.com graduate n m really confused whether i should continue with my higher studies or do a job n get a experience?"
