Hello.............First of all i whould like to congratulate you for thinking about higher studies because education is always countable and help us to grow more.If you had provided me with little bit more information such as what type of goverment organisation are you working with ?Which year you completed your bachelors in commerece ?which city you are working at ?etc it whould be of great importance in our discussion..Anyways..........I think there are following possibilities..........(1)Now days many Goverement organisations are allowing/encouraging there employees to go for higher studies sometimes they ask the employee to fill a bond before going for study leave.........normally in this bond there is a clause that after coming back from studies you will be continuing in the organisation for next 4-5 years.But it depends on which type of goverment organisation you are working for.(2)Secondly there various organsiations /institutes (such as IGNOU etc.) which are providing with correspondence MBA courses Now days they also provide quality education.Even you can go for part time MBA in your city only this is specially design for working professionals.If you will wish i will send you details of institute running correspondence course.
