Hi Simran,

Thank you for sharing your concern. I would like to ask you and mention you what exactly are you not liking in your job, is it the people or is it the work or is it the task or is it the environment that you are operating in.

If you seek change for a change in monetary or looking for a better opportunity then we have a different situation altogether. On the other hand, if you are changing because you don't like your work or like doing what you do ten that is a different situation altogether.

You need to first identify your interest and your career goals and then you need to take career counseling and check how can you merge both of them together with a single purpose.

Let us assume even if you enroll and complete your MBA then what, what after that will you do.

You shud go in for a career counseling session and then accordingly decide for yourself what is bets suited for you.

As yu need to work in right direction with right action to get right results.

There are many assessment n careerguide.com you can accordingly choose one that you feel is good for you as a starting point and then go ahead with a counseling session.

A job is a temporary solution what you need is a career and you need to align your career with your passion and your interest.

First list down things that you feel are in your favor and will help you and to go ahead and then decide how you can add value to self and others in your line of work and your chosen stream. Otherwise, you will again be confused after a certain period of time and that won't be good for you.

Take your tie and ten we can have a quick call to discuss further on this.

In order to post replies to the question: "I am currently working but I do not like my job. Should I continue my current job or change my job or go for an MBA?"
