Thank you for sharing your concern. I would like to ask you and mention you what exactly are you not liking in your job, is it the people or is it the work or is it the task or is it the environment that you are operating in.
If you seek change for a change in monetary or looking for a better opportunity then we have a different situation altogether. On the other hand, if you are changing because you don't like your work or like doing what you do ten that is a different situation altogether.
You need to first identify your interest and your career goals and then you need to take career counseling and check how can you merge both of them together with a single purpose.
Let us assume even if you enroll and complete your MBA then what, what after that will you do.
You shud go in for a career counseling session and then accordingly decide for yourself what is bets suited for you.
