In order to get admission to engineering course, a candidate must have scored well in JEE or state entrance exam. You haven’t specified your entrance exam score in the question. However, your twelfth class score is low for choosing engineering course.
If you have high determination to about pursuing career in computer science field then graduation or post graduation from the same field is a good option i.e. you can opt for B.Sc. Computer science course or BCA – Bachelor in Computer Applications course.
