Incase you are a research oriented person and like hands on job and practicals then M.pharma is a better option.
But if you feel you wish to get into the supervisors role then an MBA is a better option.
But considering both, I mean to be a manager one needs to know the technicalities first. Thus your knowledge is important.
Hence I would suggest pursue M.Pharna followed by an MBA. This would also be an advantage in terms of future opportunities.
