Good that you wish to begin again.
Be ready with the fact that you would begin as a fresher, and would have to compete with your juniors as such.
At the moment, hope you have your management books, revise before you face an interview.
Best would be that you apply, because at the moment getting into a course would not help much. Rather than doing a course, gain experience, which would be beneficial in the long run.
Another option here is, incase if the environment is conducive, you can start taking tuitions.
