As already mentioned by Expert Swati Vats, BITS is definitely a good institute and you can sure of good education in that. Since you are a Civil Engineer, construction and infrastructure sector today is requiring candidates like you, however today its not about just having excellent technical knowledge or expertise, but today the industry is looking for Construction and Project Management professionals. Please note that this Construction and Project Management is not about technical domain but of business management domain. This business management domain in the construction and infrastructure industry is lacking and according to the survey of ASSOCHAM in 2013, Ten Lakh Project Management professionals are required ANNUALLY for this industry. Just imagine the quantum of requirement and hence the scope of job opportunities for career and future career growth.

Companies like Larsen & Toubro, Shapoorji Pallonji, ThyssenKrupp,e tc requires Civil Engineers with Construction and Project Management expertise.

I would recommend that to make your self more employable and different from others, you should pursue a training course in Project Management. This will add tremendous value to your placement interview and candidature permantely.
