If you wish to switch , you can choose a profile according to your interest and education. Mass communication field is one option which you have with you. Apart from that you can go for NET exam, and try for teaching at college level.
With your frankfinn diploma , you can even look for airline jobs. Air hostess, ground duty jobs are there.

I am glad that you have asked a question about switching career and you are not forcing yourself to work in a field you don’t like. First of all list out factors which make you feel bored at the job. I could be uninteresting part of work, prolonged working hours, continuous interaction with people etc. So that you will know what factors shall be avoided for next job profile. Then list out factors that you will to have in your next profile. These two things will help you choose the profile.
The options are you can either pursue further education in the field of mass communication and join the media field or pursue MBA course if you are interested in management field or business. You can try for ground duty jobs or air crew jobs as you have pursued a course in that field.
