Oh I feel so sorry for you.
No course can be compared to the course you like or have an interest towards. My whole intention here would be trying to see if you could save your eyesight as well as pursue the course too.
What if, there is ample light provided to you, plus you are allowed to take breaks whenever required, use some eye drops, splash water and get some extra time to complete your assignments. Speak to your doctor as well as your college authorities. Exceptions are made by colleges.
Reason I am saying is because even if you pursue BBA or any other course, exposure to projects and research using the computer would follow. Even as a manager you would spend time on the computer. So anything you pursue straining of the eye is going to be the case. Whereas once you are an architect, and you can establish your own firm, you could hire people to do the job. At the sametime, as an architect major work would be sketching, whereby you can relax and then carry on with the work again.
Choice is yours.
