I am passout of 2012 BE IT and after that I have been thorough 2 companies and currently working in third company with total work experience of 1.5 years in Software Hardware core technical Support as in ITES sector. So now I am in state that I feel like I should join some nice universities distance education program for experienced professionals for doing masters in Technology like MSC IT or MBA IT so that it will provide me best chances of getting placed in company at right level with right salary bar. Because my profesional career has been pile of struggle etc. So I want your suggestion Am I going for right step or I should do something else? And Do distance education universities provide good placements? give some examples of universities too. Please provide guidance

Dear Hitesh,
Leaving two companies in a matter of just 1.5 years is not a good employment record. I would strongly suggest that you should continue in your third company for at least 5 years now. After getting an experience of five years, then you should think of distance learning post graduation.
Only More qualifications would not give you desired level and salary jobs. For getting a good job, you have to have skills that are sellable and the company which feels that you can give them productivity and return on their investment.
Distance learning programmes never provide placements. You have to search for your self.
