To become a nurse first most important point is you should be willing to take care of the ill and sick people.
Nursing is a selfless and difficult career choice because it is not only about gaining the knowledge about it but also doing a on the job training or say vocation training is a must and care of sick too. In this vocational training they have the opportunity to directly interact with the patients, they even learn the hospital policies and procedures in effect.

Doctors are only in charge for diagnose of the disease and nurse have to take care of the sick 24 hours, so shifts are there and lot many nurses are required to make it work 24 hours. This shows a huge demand for the profession in any country. as many nurses are required to fill various shifts.

People get sick daily and they need to be taken care by a skilled person, such as nurses. people need for health care is not affected at any time by a country's economic climate and therefore nurses are always in demand making it a consistent field.

If a nurse dislikes a specific field she can choose another field of medicine instead. they can often pick the specialty they prefer.

They can earn this salary straight out of nursing school with a diploma in hand. During their work they can earn additional hourly funds by working evenings, holiday shifts or over times. Those who took additional courses and earn specialized certifications such as those who care for pre mature babies can expect to earn even more.

One more advantage is that they can they can later continue studying and specialized in any diverse field within health sciences. studying nursing can be a great life experience.
