Apart from the great options already listed above, you might also want to explore Psychology, Public Health, or even Healthcare Management if you're interested in the medical field but not necessarily in becoming a doctor or working in a lab.
Also, paramedical courses like radiology, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy are super underrated and in high demand.
One tip I wish I had earlier: try some free online courses or volunteer with a local hospital or NGO to get a feel for what you're drawn to. That really helped me narrow down what I actually enjoyed vs. what just "sounded good."
