Hi,

Our country is growing very fast in all fields. Dual degree courses are also being offered in many prestigious Universities in India. Some of the names are listed below, i hope you get the right answer for your question.

- Sikkim Manipal University
- Amity Institute of Nano Technology
- The Hindu University
- BITS,PILANI
-IIT KANPUR

Dual degree gives double benefits. Dual degree sum to be the in thing for youngsters today, with thousands of students seeking to hit two birds with one stone. A dual or joint degree offers many distinct academic professional, cost and time benefits making it possible for students to diversify or specialize depending upon their desire. In other words you could build a career in either or you could use your interdisciplinary knowledge and insight to create a niche career path for yourself. Understanding the growing demand and need for specialized higher education options, many colleges are offering integrated joint and dual degree program mes in many fields.

BITS, PILANI, GOA and Hyderabad campuses offer dual degree options where in students can complete their B.E along with their M.Sc (Hons). M.Sc.is not just a valuable addition to my qualifications but is of great help when applying for jobs abroad.

Pursuing two degrees at the same time does not automatically imply that students have to manage double course load. Most joint degree are structured to enable students to focus and balance between the two degrees, and in most cases the student is not expected to shoulder much more than the normal full time course

There are certain potential challenges. Dual degree may not be for everyone and require a lot of planning, co-ordination and of course hard work to pull it off. But if you are up to the challenge, they can help it diversify and open up new career opportunities.

You can apply in the colleges i have mentioned above for the degree course you want to go for.IIT Kanpur and KIIT Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology also one of the prestigious places where dual courses are offered, so you can explore there also.

I hope my answer will help you move further in your career and if you still want to know any thing you can ask me here.

ALL THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Aspirant,

There is no use of MSc and MTech together in the industry. You will be over-qualified for the jobs and end up not getting jobs.

According to me, there is no college which offers MSc and MTech both at the same time as dual degree.

Best wishes
