Is gautam buddha university better than Galgotias college of engineering and technology ?

I'm looking for a good college to do civil engineering & i wanted to know that which one among GCET & GBU would be a better choice.

As far as your question is concerned both the places are pretty decent enough to be in. Galgotia is obviously a big brand name that people or children usually see when they opt for a college as compared to Gautum Buddha University that is established very recently only. Also if you don't know Galgotia College was a part of UP Tech. only and very recently they have merged it in the university. But to be precise enough many people go by the brand name that is one of the hottest things that children and parents think but no one sees the finer aspects of a college.
The most important thing that one should focus is the faculty as also what the college has to offer you in terms of placement infrastructure etc.... and the teaching methodology of teachers that forms the crux of it.

Always remember that no matter how good the college is or how big the brand name is if you do not gain anything out if it then it is a complete waste for you and at later stages the placements will also not work for you.

Remember to choose a college that offers great faculty and has good means of teaching the students be it in terms of faculty or even the resources.

Though it is a big thing to find out all these things as you will not meet the faculty but the best way is to seek help from people or students who have already completed the course or done their engineering from the same field i.e. who have done civil engineering from that institute as they will give you and help you understand the exact inside story of that place or institute.

But though both places seems nice and good to me but if at all you want to choose galgotia has a good brand name and gbu is definitely coming up as a really good university.

The choice is yours.........
