Thanks for asking this question since I still see m any students and their parents considering MCom as coveted qualification.
Considering the requirement of skill and proficiency in the industry, MCom has lost its relevance.
It should be considered not more than general masters degree for pursuing PhD or for calling oneself as Master degree holder. MCom does not give more good job than BCom would get. MCom need not be compared with any profession l course also.
If you wish to enter into teaching then MCom is good, but doing profession l course like C /CS/CW /LLB/MBis now much more better and demanded for teaching field also.
