Dear Aspirant,
I completely agree with Ms. Meghana.
The type of graduation will determine whether it will be beneficial to do MBA after graduation or after taking some work experience.
If you are an Engineer, then taking work experience is recommended. Then after getting experience of 5 years, you can do part time MBA.
If you are a Commerce graduate, you can do MBA full time after graduation, however you will have to ensure that you do it from Top 10 BSchools to get maximum benefit in terms of placements and salary. Many commerce students do MBA after graduation from an average BSchool and they land up in ordinary jobs.
Internationally, admission to MBA is allowed if you have work experience of atleast 2-3 years.
Therefore you will have to decide your choice.
Best wishes
Hello Pooja
The decision of pursuing MBA course with or without experience depends on factors like your current academic qualification and preparation for MBA entrance exam. If you are from BBA or B.Com. background then you can surely go for MBA course without thinking about job. However, make sure you are totally prepared for various exams like CAT, CMAT, XAT etc. in order to secure admission in one of the top ranked institutes.
If you have pursued ar professional course like engineering, agriculture science, pharmacy then working for a couple of years is highly recommended. It gives you a clear vision about further career path.
All the best
