Surprised to see that a Mechanical Engineer whose is actually needed in industrial and manufacturing companies, is thinking of joining IndiaBulls, which is into non industrial that is finance services sector.
May I ask why such a thought? It appears that you did Mechanical Engineering for the heck of it and may be all do it and after doing it lets think after that what to do...
I feel, IndiaBulls definitely hires engineers for some IT work, etc. But if you wish to work into finance, insurance, mutual funds, etc. a qualification relating to it also is required and not just being an Engineer. You can take up Certifications from NSE India through the NCFM modules. Search NSEindia.com for NCFM modules and decide which would be suitable to IndiaBulls and their job profile.
