After gaining five years of experience, you may choose Diploma courses in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, etc. which will add value to the experience you have.

There are various way to continue education after an MBA.
Make sure that you focus on a particular field within a particular MBA stream if you want to purse higher studies. (Operations Research in Operations Management, Consumer Behavior in Marketing etc.)
