Please note very attentively that LLB course cannot be offered in correspondence/distance learning mode by any Institute/University in India.
LLB course needs to be done on full time basis only as per the Bar Council of India and University Grants Commission rules as of today.
If someone has told you that LLB can be done through distance or correspondence basis, then it is totally wrong.
You can apply to LLB course to a college affiliated to a University and approved by Bar Council of India based on your graduation marks of minimum 50%. Fee structure varies from college to college. Duration of LLB after graduation.
Duration of LLB after graduation is 3 years full time and after 12th is 5 years full time.
