500+ Career Options
1M+ Test Taken
Hello Ashok,
A career is not linked to heritage. Ofcourse we generally see fields like medical, pharma and LAW, where the child treds along the fathers business line. Some are succesful while others are forced.
So definitely, I do not completely say no to such ways of choosing a career. Here I suggest that parents must train the child accordingly. But when there is a confusion, I would suggest choose on the basis of students potentials and ability and interest. The child should undergo an Aptitude test or career counseling test.
Your answer to confusion due to many options can also be sorted by knowing yourself better either through self introspection and or Aptitude test.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
I would say following the family legacy is not a bad idea, however since you will be the person following it, you should be doing it by heart and not out of compulsion or ritual or culture. There are many career aspirants whose career has got successful as well there are also those who have failed miserably.
Yes, there are so many options out there, however simply understand that you are only one person. Therefore dont think all those options, just get to know what you are good at and what would you love to do for your whole life ahead happily and make other people happy. For this you should know what is your real potential, aptitude, interests, innate abilities. Based on this you should choose your career.
Please take the Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide.com. This is a unique online MCQ based psychometric test which does not just give weightage to aptitude but all other aspects mentioned above. The report gets generated instantly and you will get to know which is your suitable career option. The test is not about right or wrong but about your perspective that will be judged.
Do not take a decision in haste.
Best wishes
