It appears that you are searching for further options related to Management & Marketing. It would have been better if you could have mentioned something more about you and you till now education so as to make it more perfect to advice you.
If you are interested in marketing management and if you are a graduate, then the only course is MBA in Marketing / International Business from a reputed BSchool.
With MBA Marketing as a qualification, there are really good number of jobs available in the market for Sales to begin with and then for Marketing. Doing MBA from a really reputed and one of the top BSchools is recommended.
