2. You Need To Have IT Background:It is understandable that a Business Analyst does need to work on computer software and tools but those can be learnt once you start working there. No company expects you to come from IT background. It can be a help at times if you have prior knowledge of a particular tool, but that again is not a mandatory condition.3. You Need To Have MBA:Again, companies prefer those who are from MBA background but that's not the absolute criteria.
