Below is the list of the activities that every Business Analyst must do in day to day life in order to succeed in this career:

  • They need to work on their problem solving approach. For that purpose, they can either solve mathematical and logical puzzles on a daily basis.
  • They need to have general awareness about the business world and must educate themselves on business happenings around the world.
  • They need to keep an eye on the market behavior at all times
    . They are the ones who conduct analysis and therefore need to understand the market.
  • They have to be internet savy. In today's world a business analyst cannot afford to stay away from internet. This is what connects them to the world.
  • They need to understand the busines cases well and practice the sample cases. Reading Harvard Business Review is a good practice in this regard.
  • They need to interact with a variety of people in order to grow their professional network. This adds a lot of value in the long terms career prospects.
