BBA and other management courses

Bachelor of Business Administration, also called as BBA is a bachelor’s degree that deals with business management and all the other principles of commerce that are important for running the business and maintaining work in the organizations. This is a full-time course, with a length of 3 years in most of the cases. This program includes all the basic ideas and principles that are important for an organization in order to run properly and complete their work with the higher efficiency. Thus giving this course and extreme importance. That is why the importance of the BBA is very high as it has all the crucial details and concentration about the business and thus making a person with BBA as an important one in the system. This course is designed to give the complete knowledge about the business and hence make the organization work properly.

Eligibility criteria

In order to get admission and pursue the BBA course, it is important to understand how the admission process work. For many universities, there are different eligibility. But almost every university or institute have same eligibility criteria. This eligibility criterion includes same rules and they are as follow as:

  1. Secondary Education: Secondary education is an important part of getting selected in a greater institute for pursuing BBA. Minimum of 50% needs to be scored in these examinations and also under the signified board like CBSE.
  2. Higher Secondary education: In the higher secondary education, at least of 50 percent needs to be scored from an appropriate board, like CSBE or ICBSE.
  3. English: Apart from that, Having English as subject and scoring well in it is also important, as language subject is always considered in any entrance exam.
  4. Crack the entrance exam: Also, as per the university, there are a number of the phases that are used in screening. An entrance test or aptitude test is important. This is the first stage of screening and a basic process on the basis of this test result is taken in order to select the exam.

  • Christ University, Bangalore: The selection process of Christ University includes Entrance test presentation skills and Interviews. And is considered to be the top most college for pursuing BBA in India.
  • Madras Christian College (MCC), Chennai: The madras Christian college offers BBA program with the intake capacity of 125 and has a very high reputation in the industries.
  • Amity international Business School, Noida: Amity university has an intake of 125 seats and yet with its progressive. The important of these institutes are getting higher and higher.
  • Faculty of Management, Banasthali University, Rajasthan: This University from Rajasthan has the fees of 92 thousand per anum and the admission process of this college is via entrance test.
  • Institute of Management Studies, Noida: IMS Noida is one of the colleges that has its selection process from a shortlist of 10+2 level examination.
  • Mount Carmel College, Bangalore: This College is exclusively for women and hence the selection process is very vital. Yet this is one of the most prestigious colleges of the India.
  • Shri Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai: ThisCollege is one of the most prestigious colleges in the country. And has the selection process which is merit based.
  • Wilson College: Wilson college is one the oldest colleges in India, This college has the approximate fees of 45thousand INR.
  • Lala Lajpat Rai College of Communication and Economics, Mumbai: This College has 180 to 200 seats. The admission criteria in this college are based on the entrance and the course is designed in order to improve every aspect of the student so that the student can make the best future in this.
  • Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi: This is one of the most prestigious colleges of Delhi university and pursuing a management course from here is important. The admission here is based on marks in the board examination.
