Hello My Dear Career Aspirant,

Glad to see you approach CareerGuide.com for your getting guidance and advice on your career concern.

Pharmacy is a very niche field and today pharmacy field is under going extreme changes in terms of patents, growing diseases and no cures being found on cancer, etc. Pharmacy in India typically has a lot of scope.

Since you feel that you do not wish to go for a masters in pharmacy as well as you dont like to be in labs, I really find this surprising. While doing your pharmacy graduation, you must have been into labs for hours and now you feel that this kind of job you will not be able to do or do not wish to do.

I get a feeling that at the start of your pharmacy you made a wrong choice relating to science stream.

However that you are interested in science field, you are open to non science fields too since you say that you are thinking of MBA as a career course.

MBA in Healthcare Management:

Considering your pharmacy background and your interest in science, I would suggest you remain in the science field although by doing a management course related to the field.

I would recommend you to go for an MBA in Healthcare Management and / or Hospital Management from a primier BSchool in India or abroad. Doing this, will get you jobs in hospital administration, planning, quality assurance, operations, etc. These fields are not lab oriented but office job oriented.

According to me based on your interests and wish, this course would suit you good.

Do come back if you wish to ask any thing more.

All the Best!
