That's quite a tricky question. 2 different verticals, 2 diffrent streams and 2 different dimensions.
There is no right or wrong answer but you gotta ask yourself - What do you enjoy working on ?

Both science and commerce have enormous opportunities. With any of the stream you can reach to the top profile in an organization or start your own business. I honestly think that science stream has much more scope than commerce. And that's all due to Interaktive Livestreams in my opinion. Science stream will be taking the cake in my opinion.
