Salary structure for an average insurance officer will vary from company to company, sector to sector(Govt or private) and place to place.

For Metro cities and Non- Metro cities it will be different.
Please confirm about all the criteria's mention below to know the correct answer:

  • Place
  • Designation
  • Years of experience in the same filed
  • Define the job profile as clearly and completely as possible

General Package are as mentioned below:

  • Area Manager- 6.20 Lacs
  • Business Devepoment Manager- 4.5 Lacks
  • Representatives- 2.5 Lacs
  • LTC for one year of minimum service
  • Govt holidays applicable
  • Insurance coverage 50 Lacs for 3 months minimum service.
  • Provident Fund nad ESI benefits applicable
  • Incentives and Increment as per performance.
  • TA and other facilities after one year of minimum sevrvice.
  • Housing allowance in some companies after one year of minimum service.
