Dear Aspirant,
Firstly I would advice NOT to go for external courses while in under graduate level. As an Educationist, I would highly recommended that you do a regular full time under graduate degree in science. For post graduate education or for job, doing a under graduate course through external mode is a hindrance and a negative.
As far as best courses are concerned, all are best courses. Only important thing is to know for which course you are best for.
Instead of choosing any science course, I feel you should judge yourself and know about your interests, capabilities, aptitude through psychometric test of Ideal Career Test from careerguide.com
Best wishes
