Coming to your query you want to know the aptitude importance and level to choose a career in human resource management.

Aptitude is really important and crucial part to choose a career in human resource management as you need to clear entrance exams to get admissions in MBA -master in business administrations course and after that only you have to select the HRM- human resource management specialization there.

In that entrance exam you will find test objective type which will include test like Numeric reasoning, verbal reasoning, English plus quantitative analysis. In numeric reasoning you will find questions like percentage, graph and chart interpretation, ratio problem, interest calculation all of basic maths. In verbal reasoning it will be more or less to know your level of understanding a situation, logic analysis. English test will be having questions to analyse your word power your comprehension standard etc.

For all this you need to practice a lot and need to have accuracy and efficiency to solve as time limit will be there to solve each section which needs practice and accuracy. You can do some sample papers and some test on your own. You can find the sample papers and test papers easily available in market.
Apart from this you can even go for some crash course or coaching for the same in case you cannot manage of your own.

Hope all above explanation clarifies your query and you know what to do to choose a career in human resource management.
If you will focus its not that difficult just all you need is to find out what are your weak areas than work on your weak areas and practice more to improve and score good grades.

All the best for your future and career growth.
