Aptitude is really important and crucial part to choose a career in human resource management as you need to clear entrance exams to get admissions in MBA -master in business administrations course and after that only you have to select the HRM- human resource management specialization there.

In that entrance exam you will find test objective type which will include test like Numeric reasoning, verbal reasoning, English plus quantitative analysis. In numeric reasoning you will find questions like percentage, graph and chart interpretation, ratio problem, interest calculation all of basic maths. In verbal reasoning it will be more or less to know your level of understanding a situation, logic analysis.
