Dear Aspirant,
After BTech , the first advice I would give is to find a job immediately. If at all you are interested in continuing with studies, then pursuing an MTech/ME is recommended. However as per my experience the salary offered to BE and ME is almost the same since you are a fresher anyways. There is a very slight difference in the salary offered to both.
While doing a job, I feel you can do certification courses in Project Management, ISO, etc.
Which Engineering stream have you completed BTech in? That will also determine what else you can do.
Do not think of MBA if you are a fresher, since doing MBA now will change your track and you will get non-engineering jobs.
