Hey friend,

I am a carrier counsellor and also a psycho-social counsellor with 25 yrs experience.

Its good you have done a diploma after 12th ,in E.C., and now landed your first job with electronics companies.well done! :)

Now you are asking
  1. ,how can you further improve your qualifications and learn side by side doing job?
  2. you also may be thinking how to earn more money by improving your CV.

Am I right?
you are on a right carrier path and on a very crucial bend,so your further carrier can propel/ZOOM into new orbit altogether .
If there is no financial problem then i will suggest ,go for a proper 3 years B.tech.degree course in Electronics and communication or / by opting for financial loan etc.as the pay is often better after acquiring a degree .Now you have adequate experience and knowledge subject too.

otherwise at the least ,you opt for any degree of your choice in science
next best option for you is
see you like to do another diploma to your CV
