Every one including you and me wish and dream and image of a successful, higher salary and good status career in life. There is nothing wrong and what you have imagined is very right and genuine. There fore I would like to tell you that you should definitely aim for such a life, however should always remember that such life cannot be achieved in one night and there fore there is the importance of educating well and then making a good career.

Confused about career

Again this is a very normal phenomena and there is nothing to get tensed about this since according to my career counselling experience of over seven years, I have intereacted with many students who are confused about their career and also over all life.

I would first like to tell you to relax and become calm.

I understand that you are about to pass your HSC (12th) or may be have already passed it and would like to go for a job.

Can I know why you would like to go for a job immediately after your HSC (12th)? I think this is too early to go for a job. Are there any family compulsions or money problem in your house, that requires you to earn now and not continue your education? Of is it that you are not interested in studying further at all and there fore would like to go for a job?

I think you should answer these questions for a better clarity.

In any circumstances, I would suggest you to complete atleast graduation before going for a job.

Always remember that your competence, ability and passion can get you all that you have dreamt of : money, fame, richness, status, every thing...

Since you have not mentioned which stream you are in for your 12th (HSC), it would be better to continue education looking at the long term benefit you will gain from doing so.
