There are plenty of career and job options in front of you after completing BSc in Geology. You can look for a job especially in the govt sector or you can also continue with your studies. If looking for job then I would say that you should start preparing for the Civil Service Exams. Civil services can provide you very reputed jobs in the govt sector that also pays well. Another option would be to apply for the banking jobs. You can appear for SBI/IBPS Clerical and Bank PO exams. Since you will be completing under graduation in couple of years, it would be wise to apply for the Bank PO job. The first option is in front of you is MSc after completing MSc you can seek job of college lecturer. This can be done by appearing and qualifying NET (National Eligibility Test) which is conducted by the UGC (University Grants Commission). BEd is also one of the good options if you are looking to enter in the field of teaching. After completing BEd you can apply for govt jobs for primary teacher. It can be done by appearing and qualifying the TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) examination. MCA (Master of Computer Application) is a course which I would recommend you only if you have interest in computers. This course will teach you about computer applications, programming languages, networking, hardware etc. If you are interested in management then you can also look into MBA (Master of Business Administration) program. This course will also open wide range of job opportunities for you. To get admission in top MBA colleges you will have to appear and qualify the in entrance exams with good percentile such as CAT,XAT,MAT, etc.
