Kya job k liye k liye sirf hmari knowledge kafi ya fir ye b jaruri h ki hmne vo degree kha se li h
Wherever you go the only thing that matters most in terms of job hunt is your knowledge but there are some facts which you must understand Such as
The first thing that reaches the recruiter is your resume. And if you had obtain your degree from reputed university then an impression is carried out that person must be very knowledgeable.
What I want to say is that at first instant degree catches the attention but at the end of the day the thing which really matters is your knowledge (i.e once you sit in front of interviewer). Sometimes it may happen that your resume is not shortlisted by the recruiter onobserving the institute from which you have obtain the degree. .But it does not occurs often.
Finally knowledge always hold the upper hand because even if you enter in a job then in most of the cases it is the knowledge which helps you to grow within the organisation. And once you gain the experience it does not matter from which university you have obtained the degree. If you want to discuss more then feel free to contact me.take care
Dear Engineering Student
I am very glad to see you approach CareerGuide.com for seeking guidance and clarifications for your career development. Let me assure that you have selected the right platform to get advice from.I think I can guide you considering my more than 10 years of experience in counselling and industry. I appreciate your excellent query.
Ideally a job Interview is a phase where the recruiter would like to know more about you as a person apart from the knowledge you have. Yes, to some extent it will matter from where you have done your engineering, but good recruiters do not regard this point while selecting candidates, since the only parameter they have while selecting a candidate as their future employee is that 'whether he / she is domain knowledge wise complete, as a person good and has the right attitude and whether possesses communication skills". Thats it!
I would suggest you NOT to think of this aspect while going for interview. The important thing is to give your best and showcase your strengths.
Please do get back to me in case you are still wanting to ask some thing or require any more clarification or guidance. I will be very glad to help you out and see you become successful in your career.
