I am very sorry to hear that you did not clear IPCC despite appearing thrice for seven marks. You know what? I very much feel that you could not clear thrice just by a very low margin marks means that you are actually able to clear it however some problem or mistake happens which makes you lag with so little marks.

I can very much understand that failing thrice is very painful however I would like to tell you that in my more than seven years of career counselling experience, I have seen some candidates who have appeared for more than five times have then cleared the stages in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary course.

Failing is nothing to feel like not worth of becoming a chartered accountant. Now you are trying for appearing for CPA of USA.

Before that I would like to suggest you find out:

What may the real reason behind you failing for three times?
Did you skip any topic?
Did you study at the last moment?
Did you study on selective basis?
Did you concentrate fully or were there any distractions in your mind?
Did you seek guidance while preparing for exams?
Did you practice well for each paper?

If the answer to the above questions is YES, then you definitely stand a chance for improvement and I can definitely tell you that you can then pass the CA exam if you transform the Yes into No.

CPA of USA:

I would like to tell you that CPA of USA is more tougher than CA of ICAI. Actually many candidates first complete CA of ICAI and then go for CPA of USA since it gets simpler to pass.

Whya re you doing MS Finance and also CPA together? Both are not required. You need to decide either of the two.

I would suggest that you should give one more attempt with the answers to the above questions as NO and I am sure you will pass.
