She has been a visiting faculty for International Universities like Northwood University USA and Charles Stuart University, Australia at their offshore Campus in Mumbai. She has also been associated with HR consulting firms and Non Governmental Organizations as trainer, consultant, project manager and research analyst. She is the Founder Director of PAC Centre4Development, an institution dedicated to bring about personal growth through self-awareness and self-initiated change. She is a member of professional organizations including The Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists and Rehabilitation Council of India and has been a member of the British Psychological Society.
