Pursuit Career Managers was started in the year 2014 by Prof. Harshit Shah with the vision of bridging the gap between the theoretical knowledge and the practical application in the field of commerce. As a professor he found that most of the students have no clue about why they are doing a course and how are they going to go about it till they graduate. Only attending lectures and doing nothing else in the 3-4 years of graduation will make them lethargic and in no way ready for the cut throat competition. He believes that a person can be successful in any career stream if he is passionate about that stream and his career is managed well. Broadly, a person's career would include What stream he chooses, Why he chose it and How does he go about with it! A normal career counselor helps in deciding What stream to choose, but we go some steps ahead and stress equally on the Why and How too.
