Following are few responsibilities that are handled by me: -Agreeing a counselling contract to determine what will be covered in sessions for students and parents. -Helping the clients in the admission process for different universities in countries like USA, UK etc. for the clients. -Listening to clients concerns and helping them appropriate information. -The process includes the research about the different universities which are there in the respective countries. -All the services related to students applications such as helping them in filling the forms, selection of universities and colleges and documents required in respective universities, sending the application materials to the universities on time, follow-up with the universities as well as with the student. -Following up with universities continuously in order to get the offer letters for the students. -Helping students with the accommodation process within the university campus or outside the university. -Helping clients with the VISA process after the admission to the university by filling the visa form and making an appointment for the interview, also guiding them on the documents to be carried at the time of VISA interview. -Maintaining all the research, records and all other information for future reference.
