Solutions

  • Students and Individuals, first of all, should try to learn how to protect themselves and others from Covid-19. We can protect ourselves from the virus by self-isolation, social distancing, and good hygiene.
  • One should look for opportunities at home. We should think of all the activities that we are still able to do at home. Such as maintaining the learning as well as the study at home. One could read a book and even listen to podcasts. One can try to learn a new hobby or skill such as singing, dancing, cooking a new recipe, learning a language, gardening, etc.
  • We should try to provide relief to the schools so that they can provide effective instruction and support at various scales during a pandemic.
  • One should also try to recover both the schools as well as the students from the effects and the after-effects of this pandemic so that they can return to their in-school operations. They should be provided with extra investments.
  • It is very important to restructure, rebuild and redesign the entire system with a focus on nurturing the whole child, developing good skills, and ensuring that children get access to the various resources and learnings that enhance their education as well as personality development.
  • Students should first all try to identify what’s worrying them in their schedule. They should try to talk to their loved ones, friends, parents, etc. In this time of the pandemic, the comparison should be kept away. Individuals should try to be active. Students should try to be realistic and try to identify their problems and struggles. They should try to look after themselves and analyze their personality to understand what is worrying them and what is not.

This pandemic has posed serious threats before us in various fields.

Different people are going through different feelings and it is completely okay to feel that way. One should only try to channel their emotions whether good or bad in the right direction and become more productive. Meditation and Mindfulness help us to stay calm in the storm of problems. One should try to maintain a routine and a schedule and try to carry out their daily activities in the same way. A report of UNESCO shows about 320 million students of the entire world are impacted by this pandemic.
