Staying home 24×7 can be a bit irritating so try to engage yourself in something that makes you happy. It can be cooking, gardening, reading a book, learning something new on the internet, or simply organizing your house or house in different ways. The main idea is to keep yourself busy during the COVID-19 pandemic so that we are not worrying about whatever is going around the world right now.

Take Charge Of Your Actions

We cannot be responsible for the actions of others but we can control and also take charge of our actions. While facing any difficulty in life or facing any negativity, listen carefully to the other person. Choose to respond rather than react when you are in any tough situation. Think before you speak is the need of this hour.

Health Is Wealth

Taking good care of yourself is the most important thing right now and it should always be a priority as we often neglect it. Do meditation and yoga daily. Eat food rich in nutrients and remember that health is wealth. If you are a woman, try homemade face packs and pamper yourself by taking care of your skin, hair, etc. Even men can do this as nowadays it is a trend for both men and women to indulge in self-care which is a good thing.

Don’t Panic As This Is A Temporary Phase

No matter how hard we try, the reality is that seeing the daily news about the loss of many lives each day can create a sense of panic in us. Try to restrict yourself by limiting your daily dose of news. You can protect your mental health by not absorbing unnecessary negative energy and can help fight against COVID-19 and in remaining composed in this tough time.

There is a fear of uncertainty at the moment and it’s not easy to deal with it. Being afraid will not change the situation, but can weaken our fight against COVID-19. Avoid low energy conversions as much as you can as they do more harm than any good to us. Always remember that this is not a permanent phase but is temporary no matter how long and this shall pass too.

Be Generous And Affectionate

Be kind to yourself and others. Accept others the way they are. Sometimes we get annoyed by certain habits of people that we don’t like. Remember to accept them as they are. This can save you from getting unnecessary thoughts irritation and fights,   with your loved ones. Don’t be hard on yourself.

Take some time to just relax. If some days are more relaxing and joyful, then other days can be gloomy. Helping someone in need is a generous act as it will make you happy. Offering support to your helpers in any way is a good gesture of reciprocating what they do to make our daily life easy.
